Best Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients required to bake Best Fudgy Brownies:

85 gms butter

150 gms Winola Dark Compound Slab

¼ cup Winola Cocoa Powder

1 cup Powdered sugar

1/3 cup freshly boiled water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup yoghurt

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsps Winola Cornflour

How to Bake Best Fudgy Brownies?

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 C. Line your baking pan with non-stick baking paper, leaving a touch overhang. If you’re using a ‘not non-stick baking paper’, then you’ll have to lightly grease it.
  2. Add the butter, Winola Dark Compound Slab and Winola Cocoa Powder to a heat-proof bowl placed over a pot of simmering water, taking care that the bowl isn’t touching the water. Stir often till melted and smooth. If a couple of small lumps of chocolate remain, take the bowl off the warmth and stir to melt them completely. put aside to chill for a couple of minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sugar and predicament, whisking till the sugar has dissolved (a balloon whisk is beneficial during this recipe).
  4. Stir within the vanilla, then pour within the melted chocolate mixture. At this stage both liquids are going to be warm so they’ll be easy to stir alongside a spoon or whisk, until you’ve got a smooth mixture.

  8. Allow the brownies to chill completely at temperature before lifting them out of the pan using the paper overhang and slice through equal pieces, wiping the knife down after every move get neat pieces.
  9. Store your freshly baked brownies in an airtight tin for 4-5 days, or place it in the fridge for about 10 days where they’re going to be extra fudgy.
